An Update on My Goals: Two Months In
It seemed like a good idea to note how my new goals were progressing.
Goal No 1: To achieve everything on my To Do list as it currently stands.
There are a number of craft items which haven't yet been done, but that's partly because the shiny always appeals and I need to be in the right mood for different sorts of craft, so they are now removed from the To Do list. However, the main list, which I was compiling for when I retired has now been completed. Various paperwork has been tackled, emails have been dealt with, sorting and mending has been done, and all by the end of June, which was my aim.
Inevitably, working through the list produced a whole selection of other things To Do. So they have gone on a new list - which means I do feel I've got somewhere rather than looking at a list which never seems to get any shorter. I'm aiming to complete To Do list by the end of August, although if it slides into September that won't be a particular problem.
Goal No 2: To listen to everything currently on my To Be Listened To list (by the end of April 22)
I've listened to four books so far, so I'm allowing myself to add some new listens - again they will go on a different list. I've made a bargain with myself, that if I finish the book I've chosen for the month by the time a new credit comes in, then I can choose a new book - the last two months I've been successful and have bought books I haven't been able to find elsewhere (at least at a price I'm prepared to pay), both of which I've finished/will finish today or tomorrow. And since I'm ahead of my goal I treated myself to some £3 titles last week for July listening.
Goal No 3: To update and continue my blog posting

sunshine_challenge so that will also give me some additional posts. And if there's anything you'd like me to blog about at some point, do let me know.
