Follows on from Enter Big Brother
The following day Greg and John were in Mycroft’s sitting room.
Greg began hesitantly “I’m not sure how to put this, but I’ve been seeing Sherlock behind your back. I’m not proud of the fact and I’m sorry for all the hurt I’m causing you. I told Sherlock it was over and he said he wouldn’t believe it until I told you. So, well, I’m telling you.”
John looked at Greg. “Sherlock insisted that you tell me?”
“Yes,” Greg was feeling worse by the minute.
“That’s alright then. You do realise that when I cuddled up to you by the tree it wasn’t just due to the concussion?”
“I have to admit that I’ve been wanting to put my arm around you for ages. Hell, what am I saying? I’m supposed to be telling you I’m ending a relationship with Sherlock, not starting one with you.”
“Have you ever considered a threesome?”
“The idea has been on my mind for a while now,” Sherlock said as he hobbled in to join them. “Is there any reason why we shouldn’t start now?”
“Every reason, little brother.” John and Greg started guiltily when they realised that Mycroft had heard the whole of their conversation. Sherlock didn’t look in the least bit bothered. “I am sure excess physical activity is not a good idea for someone who had so recently experienced a head injury.”
“I shall just have to take it slowly then,” retorted John. “But that’s alright, because Greg’s going to have to be a bit careful with the cast on his arm.”
“Good,” said Sherlock. “The only question left is whose bedroom we are going to.”
