I shall have to do a post after the Zipwire! Essentially, people bring their teddy bears and other cuddly toys, which are hauled up the church tower in a basket, put into a tiny harnesses and then they descend to the ground via a zipwire which is tethered at the far end of the church grounds. After which they get a certificate for being a brave bear. (It's a bit like they do at Zip Holland, only not quite as dramatic!)

Your idea of burning calories walking to a friend's house for lasagne and limoncello sounds like my idea of fun. We've cut down on the regular meals we eat at home, but still enjoy ourselves when we're out. Other than that it's just walking places when I can.
