Writing - more than putting words in a sentence?

I am tired.  This week has been figure heavy - I've been battling with oddities in our computer accounts package and producing monthly accounts with bells on and looking at costings, which means multi-coloured 30 page spreadsheets with what feels like millions of minor adjustments.  Tonight at Brownies we were talking about the new promise and asking what "to be true to myself" actually meant.

I have managed to post some older stuff to AO3 - updated "The Ocelot Tales" as far as "The Final Problem", aka "Pterodactyl".  Also posted Mouselet's contribution to "The Return of the Ocelot Tales" and "The Giant Rat of Sumatra", which was co-written with [livejournal.com profile] debriswoman
It can all be found under The Ocelot Collection on AO3, should anyone be interested.

I'm currently writing two contributions to Spook Me, one for Sherlock and one for Lewis.  And I've written about 5% of my Smallfandombang Lewis Big Bang, which has a working title of "The Book of Squeee".

So, on that note, here is the Meme I pinched from [livejournal.com profile] draycevixen

Ask me a question about one of my stories or series. Perhaps about what I was thinking at the time I wrote it or about my writing as a whole.

It can be absolutely anything (including current WIPs) and I will answer as best as I can.

No obligation whatsoever to ask, alternatively I could tell you about the new kitchen curtains we've just bought off Ebay.
