Flowers in May

It's been raining, but I thought I'd take some photos:

The clematis is in flower and the coronilla is still flowering:



The acer is doing well, and rather happier for being repotted:



And inevitably there are pansies:

Lovely - I've been photographing flowers, too. Mainly because Marg wanted to know but I might even post them... The acer is clearly in seventh heaven and the pansies are as sweet as they always are.

The red/pink pansy on the right looks just like it belongs in Disney's (animated) Alice in Wonderland, from the "Golden Afternoon" garden scene. :D
