Glass Painting

Yesterday's Dare to Dabble was glass painting, which was fun.

We began with a glass bottle, some acrylic paints and cotton buds to apply the paints:

I began by creating flowers out of paint dots and then added grass

which with some more petals etc added, ended like this:

After which I used some glass tiles:

Sailing boats at sunset

Plant life reclaiming brickwork

and No rainbow without the rain

Your glass-painted creations are beautiful! I absolutely love the green glass bottle. That has to be my favourite.

Beautiful! What a fun craft to try! I had some acrylics and soft window cling things in a kit once and used their stencil to paint an underwater scene. Over the years the sunlight faded all the paint away to nothing! Now a glass bottle/tile would probably be more substantial!
