Fannish Fifty: Bees
I like bees.
I have a bee duvet cover and throw

I have bee notelets and bee sticky notes

I had a bee calendar, although as I already had a calendar I converted some of the pictures into jigsaw puzzles

I even have a bee cross stitch which I was given for Mother's Day

I am not so fond of the bumble bee who tries to take a short cut through the house in the mornings, so I close the bedroom window and it goes over or round.
And as for fandom - where would Sherlock Holmes be in his retirement without his bees?

I have two bee plushies next to me and got another one last week (as well as a bee Lego set cause it’s so cute)

I just re-read "His Last Bow" recently and was reminded that bees play a role in deceiving Von Bork. Rather than giving Von Bork the code book, Holmes delivers a package containing a copy of Practical Handbook of Bee Culture. :-)

Von Burk really should have stuck with bee culture rather than spying!
