My spring knitting is finished and I wore both items when we went to a concert in London this week.

   

I cross stitched a bookmark for my husband for his birthday, but that has personal details on it.  It took about four weeks, so the only thing I have to share is the progress on Klimt's The Kiss

I'm back to stitching again too, but having trouble getting the Anchor threads I need. It's a whole drama, lol!

How frustrating! The Klimt was a kit, and I use whatever I have around for cards, since they are so small I don't need much thread. What are you looking for?

I have a list of 17 colours I need. It was 26 to start with, but I've managed to get 9 of them so far. I'll get them eventually, just got to keep an eye on ebay. I'm trying to find a local stockist, but I'm not sure there is one. Used to get my threads mail order, but that was 15 or more years ago. Wish I'd bought more back then, lol!

That is gorgeous. It looks a bit like the way a computer works, we're waiting for the next line to load onscreen or be printed by the printer!

Unlike the usual instructions for cross stitch I do work across the pattern in strips - it's how my mind likes to do large patterns.

I really like the colours of the tank top. It looks like an abstract rendering of a landscape in watercolours. You must have looked splendid in it ^__^

Both the vest and the hat turned out beautifully! I absolutely love the colours in both! I hope you wore both of these items proudly when you attended that concert. :-D
