Crafts - June 2024

Carrying on from last month's post, I completed the book and sewed in the buttons:

   

   

I made a bookmark for a friend and a birthday card for The Daughter

   

Continued with the Klimt:



and the flower rainbow:



And lastly, sorted out the yarn and the knitting pattern I was going to use.  There were some others I considered, but buying the yarn was so expensive for what I would be making.

Such great progress on the Klimt, and all the other cross stitch looks great too.

I love the colour you're knitting with, sort of raspberry. What are you making?

Thank you very much, I'm pleased you like them all. Yes, this parts raspberry - it's a striped sleeveless top, but using cotton yarn - the colours are a mix of hydrangea shades, which I thought rather pretty.

Thank you very much - I was pleased with how the buttons turned out. The Klimt should be finished by October, maybe sooner, it depends how things work out.
