Crafts - May 2025

Despite being away for a week, crafting continued:

I finished the second sleeve of my jumper and knitted the neck.  Just have the sewing up to do



Then it will be time to start another project!

I was given a felt craft kit for Christmas, and made it up this month:



No floral SAL this month - my magazine comes out four-weekly, so there were other patterns (more of them next time), but here's June's Mouse



Plus some birthday cards:

   

   



Plus a card for our curate when she becomes a priest

Thank you very much - not much more to do - it'll be ready for the autumn.

I like the interesting texture at the base of the jumper. And those little cross-stitched letters are a lot of fun.

Thank you - setting the texture pattern required a lot of counting to avoid making a mistake. I like stitching letters, they make the cards more personal.

Ah, here I could see the pictures! The jumper is doing great, and I love Miss Mouse and the birthday cards, especially the ones with flamengos.

I have no idea why the pictures weren't visible on LJ - I could see them (although I did post them...) Delighted you like the cross stitch cards - I was pleased with the flamingos - they worked out really well.
