Sherlock Picnic

Last year I went to the Sherlock picnic, which moved me from splashing about in the shallow end of fandom into taking the plunge and swimming in the deep end.  There's another picnic this year, on Saturday 14 July, details here: Sherlock picnic and its being organised by trillsabells and flawedamythyst, who are geniuses.

I'm really looking forward to meeting old friends and making some new ones.  I've even booked a room in a Travelodge, since my last train home is at 9.30, which doesn't leave much time for an evening meal.  Technically there is a train at 11.30, which gets me home at about 8,30 the following morning (it's a two hour train journey), so no, I don't fancy spending the night on Bristol Temple Meads railway station.  So, if anyone wants to share a room, there's a spare bed.
