Writing - July 2020

Another 16.5K month, encouraged partly by watsons_woes July Writing Prompts, for which I've been writing the basically light-hearted The Casebook of Dr John H Watson.

My WiP BigBang is basically completed, pending beta and should be posted sometime next month.  It's another Lewis casefic.

For inspiring_tables I completed the Times of Day table with an ACD Holmes mini casefic: The Old Chapel and I'm currently working on the 25 tropes option of their Ultimate Tropes table with Spooks Lucas/Adam There Must Be Fifteen Ways to Meet Your Lover

In addition I've written the first two chapters for story_works Amnesty challenge, using their first challenge Love Springs Forth, again Adam/Lucas, although set in the early 1970, unimaginatively entitled Love Springs Forth

And whatif_au had a sports challenge this month, so once again I went with Hamlet: Village Cricket

Lastly, I took part in the Multifandom Drabble exchange, which is always fun.  I received drabbles for Spooks, Forever, Person of Interest and Hamlet.  In return I wrote drabbles in Good Omens, Person of Interest, North and South, Casablanca and Discworld
