I wouldn't say I was much further forward either, although I'm perhaps now aware of more of the issues. And maybe it's indicative that there are very few books that do address the issues. And I will continue doing what I can from my own small corner.
The book bingo is fun - not sure whether I shall manage the 'book on display at the library' category, but I can use a replacement free square for 'book I finally managed to borrow from the library'.
