Fandom 50 (25): Further Adventures in Baker Street - MMI Poley the Moley

The newest member of the gang arrived in September 2019.  Originally Poley the Moley was a temporary girlfriend of the Ferret, but even after the inevitable breakup they remained friends and she came to join the others in Baker Street, playing her own part in their adventures.  When the discussion arrises as to who is your favourite detective, Poley always says Mr Holmes, but, as Mouselet likes to point out, her eyesight isn't very good.  Here's her first story Poley the Moley

Poley, to the surprise of everyone, herself most of all, has proved to be a born storyteller.  Originally she would write the occasional tale for the younger readers, but popular demand now means that ‘A Story from Poley’ is a regular item.  She has also been persuaded to write a serial for adults, which, while not of the standard of those by Mr Dickens, appeals to local readers with tales of clever housemaids, doughty landladies, and valiant tradesmen.  It is true everyone knows the villains will be caught and the lovers re-united, but that is what readers are looking for.
