Not Snowflake but Wintry

I have taken part in very few of the Snowflake Challenges this year.  So instead, have some photos.

Taken just before the New Year - freezing fog over the small stream:



Then about a week into the new year the canal froze, much to the surprise of the seagulls!

 

It warmed up a bit, and I went for a walk along the side of the canal.

 

And we had some snow last Sunday - spot the footprints of the giant pigeon!

Thank you! :) I like pictures of fog, snow, ice, things like that. I like seeing all that in real life, too, but I rarely do.

Thank you. I'm glad you liked the pictures. I'm not such a fan of seeing it in real life, especially since most of what we have is simply grey and murky.
