Mouselet for Laurose8
Mar. 7th, 2015 10:32 pmIn the absence of
scfrankles I have been asked to write this week’s discussion post for
sherlock60. This week we’re having a look at The Adventure of the Golden Pince Nez. I’ve typed up a few thoughts to get the discussion going — please leave your own ideas in the comments!
Hopkins is very wet when he arrives at Baker Street. Do you think Mr Holmes takes sufficient care of him? Was standing him in front of the fire enough? Where were the warm towels he needed?
Did Dr Watson add anything to the hot water and lemon drink he made for the Inspector? What do you think his favourite drink is?
What do you think are the best words to describe the sweet inspector’s hair and his beautiful eyes?
Can you imagine the way his eyelashes flutter as he sleeps, or the soft movement of his chest?
[Ocelot’s Note: Sorry, but you’ll get no more sense out of Mouselet for the moment. She’s in her own world. Please talk amongst yourselves.]
