Writing - June 2020

A further 16K words - clearly I need to get out more (Haha!)

There have been a couple of exchanges: Firstly Exchange of Interest (Person of Interest) for which I wrote It's Complicated which was an irresistible crossover with Forever (TV) and then Taking Off The Blindfold, Moving On With Life as a pinch-hit.  My own gift was by the wonderful corvidology who wrote Bedside Conversations which hit all the right notes for me :)

I also wrote a pinch-hit for Holmestice: The Case of the Stolen Love Notes  In the guessing post I was instantly guessed as being the author, although gratifyingly the first clue was that it was a casefic.  It was also noted that Stanley Hopkins made an appearance and that the relationship between Holmes and Watson was only in the background.

I'm continuing to write for fan_flashworks and have completed six years worth, as well as earning a map-maker badge:

   

Which bring the total to 124 badges.

I finished Eight Days in the Country which totalled 22K words.




The WiPBigBang Lewis fic is going well so far.  I've had to change things from the original drabbles, but the basic plot is the same. 

I completed both the 2x2 and 3x3 Cotton Candy bingo cards.  As Sweet as Candy Floss and Stress Baking and Other Stories.  I'll probably keep an eye on other allbingo cards but try not to get too committed. 

I have written my fic for Rare Male Slash Exchange, but that doesn't go live until the end of next month.

Next month sees watsons_woes July Writing Prompts and I aim to have written my WiPBigBang, pre-edits, to give the lovely kat_lair time to do the artwork.
