1) What is your favourite food?
After much thought, I have gone with CHEESE.
2) What is your favourite food preparation method?
That would have to be my husband. He does the cooking and enjoys baking, including baking our bread. Who am I to stop him?
3) What is your favourite cuisine or style of cooking?
That really depends on where I am. Stick me in a city and say 'where would you like to eat?' and I'll reel off a list. If we're abroad then generally whatever's local. If we're in a non-specific restaurant I will often choose the fish.
4) Do you have any dietary restrictions and if so what are they?
Not as such. I don't eat the jackets from jacket potatoes.
5) If you could introduce the whole world to one ingredient to improve their culinary experience, what would that be and why?
No idea. Maybe fish...
