New Goals for Year Seven
Apr. 11th, 2020 04:33 pmI find it hard to realise that this will be the seventh year I've set myself goals. However, it seems to be working, and 'if it ain't broke, don't mend it!'
Goal No 1 - Continue to write all the things
Because I still find it helpful to remind myself that it's good to try new genres, pairings, fandoms. Partway through the past year I began writing a monthly blog post on my writing, and I intend to continue with it.
Goal No 2 - Do something new every month
I've had this in the past, but decided against it for last year, not wanting to push myself into always looking for something new. But it isn't a bad idea, even if some months the new thing isn't very big. Plus continuing with FutureLearn courses will ensure I'm still learning new things, if nothing else.
Goal No 3 - Do some craft every evening when I'm home
For the moment, this will be cross stitch, but my aim is to finish it by the end of the summer and I'd like to keep the habit up. Obviously, this isn't practical on evenings when I'm out, but otherwise I'd like to continue to work on crafts.
