The Friday Five - Hair

This week's thefridayfive 

1. What type of hair do you have? (Thin, Normal, Thick, Frizzy, etc.)
Thick

2. What colour is your hair currently?
More grey than brown

3. What colours have you dyed/highlighted your hair?
I've never dyed my hair, and may have once highlighted it, but I don't have any interest in doing so.  I was never worried about going grey.

4. If you could dye your hair any colour, what would it be?
If it could magically change without any time/effort on my part, I would go a stripey mixture of blueish shades, so greens up to yellow, and purples, but not reds, maybe a little subtle orange.  Rainbow, without the red.

5. What is your hair's length?
About shoulder length, but I wear it tied back.

In my early twenties i wnet through stages of being blonde and then being a redhead. I loved the red but got sick of the regrowth, and died it back to my natural mid brown. I figured mum started going grey in her 30s so when I went grey Id die it then. I'm now 44 and have a dozen greys, so I suspect by the time Im grey enough to dye it for appearances, I'll probably be too lazy to care about it.

Yes, although I wouldn't call it laziness. By the time I had any noticeable grey hair, the rest of me was also looking older so I had no interest in dyeing it.

My hair is straight and thick, brown with some grey that I don't worry about.

That all sounds good to me. There comes a point when having grey haired is normal.
