1) Have you read more books, or fewer books, this past year than usual?
More - less travel and then less work hours has meant more time to read.
2) What book are you reading now (or what book did you read most recently)?
I finished A Kind of Spark by Elle McNicoll yesterday; I'm reading Knitting Bones by Monica Ferris at the moment; I'm about to start Suicide Excepted by Cyril Hare and Two-Way Murder by E C R Lorac should arrive tomorrow.
3) What is the best book you read in the past few years?
I don't think I can decide - E C R Lorac is my new favourite author though.
4) Do you read more than one book at a time, or just one?
Generally two, sometimes three and occasionally four when they all arrive from the library at the same time
5) How big is your to-be-read pile (or list)?
Over 50 books

Date: 2021-03-12 09:01 pm (UTC)I've also been reading Nancy Atherton's Aunt Dimity series which are fun. They're set in the Cotswolds, although there are some things which are clearly written by an American as for instance their view of the English educational system.
