Wales - Aberglasney Gardens

At the beginning of the week we had a couple of days away and once more visited in Aberglasney Gardens in Wales (not far from Carmarthen).

The flowers were absolutely beautiful.

The flowers are beautiful - it must be a lot warmer in Wales than it is around my neighborhood. Were the blue flowers scilla? (I think that's how it's spelled.) We'll be getting them around here in a couple of weeks, and I love them.

It's south Wales, and mostly quite sheltered - and the flowers are much further on than ours, although we're only a couple of hours drive away. The blue flowers are muscari, which we always called grape hyacinths.

And thank you - I'm delighted you liked seeing them. It was a lovely visit.
