The Friday Five: Crafts
Jul. 3rd, 2022 05:07 pmThis week's
thefridayfive :
1. What's your favourite crafty activity?
Probably cross stitch, but also knitting.
2. What got you into it?
I was looking to expand my activities, as I felt I was in danger of falling into a rut, and cross stitch was one of the new things suggested. I haven't looked back since.
3. What was your favourite arts & crafts project as a kid?
I have no idea, although I suspect sticky paper was involved.
4. What has someone made for you?
I have a few bookmarks, a stitched picture, mats and a mug.
5. Are there any unfinished projects in your life you need to pick back up?
What a silly question to ask someone who does quite a lot of crafting! I'm currently knitting a cardigan for mini Hobbit, and squares for a bed throw for us, cross stitching Tenby harbour and have a list of cards I'm cross stitching, slowly working through my painting by numbers, without even thinking about what else was part done and pushed to one side.
