Yesterday's Dare to Dabble session was decoupage. I've done this one before, but as it's one of the things I had vowed to do more of, and singularly failed to do, I went anyway. It's fun, I get to chat with other people who don't take their crafting too seriously (if I choose the right table) and I really wanted a Christmas version this time.
We began with our selection of a bottle and various paper napkins (serviettes):

The shapes are cut out as required and then attached to the bottle with PVA glue. It is important to ensure that the napkin has been split into layers first, if it is 2-ply or 3-ply, or a plain white layer will be attached and the required picture/shape will fall off.

I also attached a few stickers of reindeer etc. This is my final bottle:

Once home, I inserted a mini set of fairy lights (they also flash, but that wouldn't work for a photo)

Then, because I had some time left and wanted a complete change, I made a small summery-style bottle:
