When John Watson returned from work early one evening he could scarcely drag himself up the stairs to 221B.  The only thing that kept him going was the thought that he would run himself a hot bath and luxuriate in it for half an hour with his headphones on, ignoring the chaos around him.   But when he entered the flat he found Mycroft sitting on the settee and the bathroom door missing.

John swore.  “For f**ks sake, I am cold and tired and I am going to Greg’s until the door is back and has a proper working lock fitted.”
