Fannish Fifty: Cake

smallhobbitI am a great fan of cake and desserts. Consequently Lucas North is also a great fan of cake too, and enjoys baking as well as eating cake.
As illustration I provide two lunch time cakes bought from patisseries. They have an offer of a baguette, cake and drink for a very reasonable price, so it would be impolite not to take advantage of the offer.
In Albert, a small bakery had a little seating area, its main clientele were locals buying their daily bread
And in Port-en-Bessin which was a combination bakery and café
And not to leave out the desserts in the evenings in the hotels
