Our final day began at Pegasus Bridge, where the first airborne landings were made by glider.

From there we went to Ranville, where the church has some beautiful stained glass:

   

From there we went to the British Normandy Memorial, with its amazing silhouettes:



   

And we finished at Omaha Beach where the US forces landed:

More fabulous photos! Pegasus Bridge looks really impressive, and the stained glass windows in that church in Ranville are absolutely beautiful. The colours are so bright and vibrant, especially in that light. I love the British Normandy Memorial and those great silhouettes. Your photo of Omaha Beach is incredible!

Yes, the silhouettes do look impressive. I like stained glass a lot and these two windows were great examples.
