I've mostly been cross stitching, but I did finish knitting my scarf:



The floral SAL is now complete with August:

Thank you very much! I was delighted with how the cottage turned out. The scarf not only used up left over yarn from the jumper I knitted bit is lovely and warm.

Oh, my goodness, I missed the final SAL. Realised that when I saw your icon and scrolled straight back.

What a delight it is. So beautifully done, and it was such fun to see it grow over the year. And the scarf is lovely, too.

Thank you very much! I'm delighted you enjoyed watching the SAL grow. The new SAL didn't appeal (it's pretty, but if I'm going to spend all year on it, then I really need to like it.)

The scarf pattern came from a book I'd recently bought, adapted slightly, and using wool from a previous project.
