I love melting moments! Usually roll the balls in a oats for crispy outside. I hope they were as delicious as they look. In a Christmas movie I watched someone talked about making 'Thumb buns' and when I looked them up they were basically melting moments, so-called for using a thumb to make the hollow for the jam :)
The recipe I used said dessicated coconut could be used instead of oats, and since we both like coconut I did that. Never heard of thumb buns, but prefer cherries anyway 😃
