Plenty more stitching this month:

Two birthday cards - the second was an autumn picture, but I changed the colours a bit and turned the pumpkins into bushes:

I received some shiny threads as a present, so, together with some metallic threads I'd bought myself I embarked on a piece featuring various from the English countryside.  These are the first two:



And I finished the corners of the tea towel I was stitching (also a present)

   

My jumper is progressing.  Because of the pattern I can't just pick it up for the odd few minutes, so it's taking a while.



And I've also started and small Easter wreath as I received a free kit

Thank you. The metallic thread isn't the easiest to sew with, but I like the results.

These are all so cute and lovely! I love the idea of transforming the pumpkins into bushes to make it more spring/summer than autumn, one of the joys of crafting is the creativity you can bring even to a kit piece :)

They are all lovely, and the pumpkin/bushes one is perhaps my favourite. But then, the capital K reminds me of illuminations. Friends and I are planning a visit to an exhibition on the Limbourg brothers, so I have illumination on the head right now.

Thank you very much. The pumpkin/bushes one is my favourite - I was really pleased with how it turned out. I too like the initial one and have kept the pattern, so can do more. I hope you enjoy the exhibition!

All of your February crafts are fabulous! I love the autumn cross stitch and the piece with the birds. That shiny thread is beautiful! Your jumper is definitely coming along, and I'm looking forward to seeing how both your tea towel and adorable Easter wreath turn out. :-D

Thank you very much! The shiny thread is lovely, but difficult to work with, so I only do a little at a time. The tea towel needs washing to remove the printed lines, so I'm waiting until I have the time and the sunny weather so I can dry it outside. And the Easter wreath is finished, so the photo will be in this month's craft post.
