Turns out I've been quite busy this month!
I finished the cross stitch of Tenby harbour, which pleased me greatly.

Since when I've been working on various smaller projects.
Birthday card for our Daughter in Law

Our wedding anniversary card (completed now so it's ready when needed)

A 'welcome to your new home card' for some friends

And a bookmark commissioned by my husband for his music teacher

As mentioned in my last month's post, I've made a start on Mini Hobbit's Christmas cardi. This means I have plenty of time to continue knitting it.

I also completed another square for my throw (New York)

I completed the paint by numbers picture. I decided against adding the background colour and like it left as white:

And I began one of the pictures in the book I bought in the spring 'Paint, Pad, Poster'. It's really for water colours, but I'm using my hard pastels and I think they'll work well.

Date: 2022-07-26 12:53 pm (UTC)I think Mini Hobbit is going to absolutely love her Christmas cardi!
I love the look of your paint by numbers picture. I think you were right to leave the background unpainted. It really makes those other colours pop. I'm looking forward to seeing how your 'Paint, Pad, Poster' picture looks when it's done.
