The Klimt cross stitch is continuing to progress:



I've started work on Christmas cards, but am not sharing them at the moment.  I did however stitch a bookmark for The Son well in advance of his birthday:



I finished the front of my tank top, and have knitted the rib for one arm hole.  I made a mistake with the neck ribbing so am having to do that again, but it's getting there.



I've just started a KnitALong with a mystery pattern, for which I'm knitting a scarf.  No photo as there are six rows of garter stitch in mid-blue and two rows in pale blue which isn't very exciting yet!  There's also a bit of Christmas knitting, but I'm not sharing those photos yet either!

Your talent never ceases to amaze me! I was THRILLED when I received your rose, and have it proudly displayed on my desk at work, right above my laptop which (you know me) is the main system I use. I see it every day, and am still touched every time I look at it by your friendship, compassion, and wisdom over the years. I'm kind of in and out right now, as I'm basically waiting for my tests to complete now (which includes waiting on the parent company to foot the bill for the certification), but still not feeling much like writing these days... Still, it's because of friends like you that writing and the Internet has always been such a huge, treasured part of my life! <3 <3 <3 Thank you, and God Bless!

It all looks great, and yes, slowly the Klimt emerges. How wonderful. And I love that warm reddish brown of the tank top.

Thank you very much. The Klimt will take it's time, but it's definitely taking shape. The tank top is supposed to have an autumnal feel, just need to finish in time!

Apologies for being even more behind than usual. The Klimt cross stitch certainly is progressing! I can actually recognize that it's "The Kiss"! :-D

You did a great job with the bookmark that you made for your son. I'm sure everything will work out with the tank top. It's looking really good so far.

I'm looking forward to seeing how that scarf turns out. It certainly sounds like an interesting challenge.

You know I never mind when you reply.

I find it easier to see that it's The Kiss from the photo than when I'm up close - then I'm concentrating too hard on the stitches.

The KnitALong scarf is fun and easy to keep up with.
