Friday Five: Not Thanksgiving Day

1. What did you eat on Thursday?
Scrambled egg on toast, pasta and pork pie.

2. How many miles (kilometers) did you drive on Thursday?
Two to go and get my passport photo taken, then six to pick up the vicar and meet a mother and baby for a Christening meeting

3. How many relatives did you see on Thursday?
One - husband, nothing surprising there.  Also noted that The Daughter had submitted her dissertation but no other contact with her.

4. What did you wear on Thursday?
Jumper and jeans

5. Are you planning to buy anything in particular on Friday?
May buy a cheap subscription to some online puzzles.  Husband (see question 3) has gone food shopping.  I bought four audiobooks yesterday as they were on offer.

Yes, she's coming to the end of her degree studying to be a paramedic.

Ah, good. At first, I thought Daughter's dissertation was a euphemism for her Xmas list :) but good for her!!

Daughter's dissertation was just that - I'd spent a good part of the previous week reading it through for her.
