Writing - May 2024

Another good month, reaching 12K for the month and bringing my total to date for the year to 60K, which is excellent as it leaves me some slack.

I'm continuing to work on my whatif_au bingo card, writing Elsinore Junior Academy (Hamlet) for the Teacher Square, beginning The Body in the Physic Garden (Inspector Durin series - The Hobbit) for the Law Enforcement Square and A Study in Monopoly (BBC Sherlock) for the Wild Card, using Crack.  The last one also fulfilled ushobwri New Frontiers Challenge this month.

allbingo had a Superhero Challenge this month, so I wrote Take the Ferry from Hull to Rotterdam as a Spooks (MI5) adventure.

For lands_of_magic May flowers challenge, I wrote The Missing Collection a parish mystery solved by Miss Marple.

And finally my intoabar challenge was Lucas North meets the Swan from Matthew Bourne's Swan Lake.  Sharing A Loss  was what I came up with.

I enjoyed your Miss Marple and the Into a bar. I haven't gotten to the Monopoly yet. Impressive word count given your busy month life-wise.
