Crafts - November 2024

Although most of my cross stitch has been of Christmas cards - I'll do a separate post for them next month - I have been continuing with the monthly StitchALong

I've now found a second monthly StitchALong with a cute mouse, which I shall do as well!

I also knitted a second pair of wrist warmers, so I can take my blue pair when I'm volunteering:



And a star, using recycled silk yarn I was given by a friend for my birthday.

The stitch-along is coming on really well, and the new arm warmers look very cosy. The star is also adorable.

I really like the stitchalong - and the arm warmers are perfect for me. The star was a bit difficult in parts - the yarn varies in thickness, but it worked out well.

Very cute, well made crafts! I especially like the wrist warmers -- and now I have a name for these things I've been making out of ripping and cutting dollar store gloves for years now! :)

The monthly StitchALong is turning out beautifully! I'm looking forward to seeing the completed project!

Those wrist warmers are great! I love the pattern! I also like the star that you were able to craft using recycled silk yarn.
