Three Classic War Films

One of the aims of the tour we've been on was to look at the sites of various classic WWII air war films and get a proper perspective on them.

First of all The Dam Busters

The Colditz Story



   

Lastly, The Great Escape at Stalag Luft III (Poland)  (No Americans were involved, no motorbikes, no Steve McQueen!)

I love the theme! But it's a pity the tour didn't include a Steve McQueen!

The tour was very interesting. Many of us would have been very happy if Steve McQueen has been included 😂
