I have been crafting, but most of the time on just two projects.

Dearle's Golden Lilies is growing well, and now should be completed by Easter, if not slightly earlier.



And Mini Hobbit's sleeveless top is also finished and will be an Easter present:



I have started on my next (short) knitting project, photo next month.

Thank you very much. I like the dark green fabric, but it's very difficult to sew odd dark green stitches on it - I have to feel whether I've done them or not!

That Golden Lilies piece is gorgeous and looks very medieval.

Thank you very much. I can see what you mean. Dearle was part of the Arts & Crafts movement so he probably took his inspiration from medieval tapestries.

The Dearle's Golden Lilies craft project is looking amazing so far! I'm really looking forward to seeing how it turns out! Speaking of things turning out, I think Mini Hobbit's sleeveless top is wonderful! I love the colours and the design!

Thank you very much. Mini Hobbit's Mummy (my daughter-in-law) gave me the wool, and I hunted round for a suitable pattern. When I found that one I was rather pleased as I thought it looked good.
