Decorated Pots

I went to the first of this year's Dare to Dabble sessions today, which was for decorated plant pots.

We began with four ceramic pots, of slightly different sizes



which we could decorate how we liked: painting, sticking on buttons and jewels, mosaics, decoupage, winding string or wool around.  I decided to begin by painting my two larger pots.



Then I added some white clouds to the blue pot



and some boats

   

I added flowers to the green pot

   

And since I'd enjoyed the painting so much, I decided to paint the other two pots as well:



And go modern art.

All of which was great fun!

Thank you. I like the green one too - because I'm just painting as I fancy I can never be sure how things will turn out, but I was pleased with the green one.
