Yes, it's my preferred means of travel.

12 MAY: Limerick Day: Do you know any funny poems?
There once was a poet from Gloucester
For whom erudite poetry just lost 'er
So long as it rhymes
And the rhythm has chimes
Producing doggerel never did cost 'er

18 MAY: International Museum Day: What’s your favourite museum?
Currently the 101st Airborne Museum in Bastogne, Belgium

My brother in law loves trains (he is in fact a train driver, as was his father who adores trains) and older nephew is quite into them (and buses) so we've visited some of the steam railways :)

LOL!

We spent an entire day at the National Maritime Museum in Falmouth so that's a particular stand out, I think. I've never been so far afield.

Steam railways are great places to visit. Any museum where you can spend an entire day has to be a good place.
