My final set of questions came from [personal profile] luthienberen

#3. Any guilty pleasures (books/fics)
Cosy mysteries which don't require much mental input.  Also writers from the Golden Age of crime fiction, in particular Ngaio Marsh and Margery Allingham.

#9. If you could wish for a new book from any author, who would it be?
That's a tough one.  There have been times when I've been excited because an author I've liked has written a new book and I haven't enjoyed it as much as some of their others.  Maria Duenas published her fourth novel last year, and I'm looking forward to it being translated into English.

#29 20s AU or 50s AU
Definitely the 20s.  I'm current writing a Spooks series based in the early 20s: Enter the Twenties

And now another meme, one that I haven't done for a while:

I have 15 characters, all of whom I've listed in order already.  Ask a question, such as #01 and #03 go on a picnic with #05 - who brings what and who forgets something important?  And I will answer it, probably in a post at the end of this week.  One thing to note when asking the questions, I shall be including some of my OCs.

And lastly the lake at Tredegar House:

Lovely photo!

I knew the answers to two of them, but I don't remember you mentioning Maria Duenas. My library has a couple of hers. What's your favourite?

For the second half, 4 and 11 go to a sporting event (your choice what kind). Which one bets on the results? Which one thinks they're going to bored but end up getting into it and buying all the swag (t-shirts, commemorative mugs, foam finger, etc.)? Does anyone get in a fight in the stands?
