Some days this has been a bit of a challenge, but I have been successful every day.
Every day I fill my one litre bottle (present from Daughter) and drink my way through it. And if we've been out for a meal, I make sure I drink a glass of water so I can reduce the contents of the bottle accordingly.
Some days it's still a bit of a struggle - and I wouldn't say it's become a regular habit yet, but I shall keep going.
